I received the same offer four times over the past two months.  Figured I’d get mildly creative using the number 4.

From Mark to a government lobbyist that send him a credit card offer, because he needs more of those.

Took the music mechanism out of an old birthday card, then I took the application and cut out all my information and numbers, then I cut a slit in the app and mounted the sound piece inside the envelope.  Check it out.  I think Citibank will enjoy this one.
